Dr. Hayley Inkpen

Dr. Hayley Inkpen was born in St John's, Newfoundland, but spent most of her life in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has had a love of animals her entire life and grew up working with wildlife at Hope for Wildlife. Becoming a veterinarian was always her dream, and she graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College of UPEI in 2015.

After working in Halifax, and then Minneapolis, Minnesota, Hayley and her fiance Chris finally settled in Ottawa, which they now call home. They have a young son, James, and a senior rescue pit bull named Gordie. Hayley is passionate about animal rescue and usually has a variety of rescue pets her in home.

Hayley’s special interests in veterinary medicine include canine behaviour and dentistry. She looks forward to working with you and your beloved pets!
